To do something good for everyone and everything
When you have the time or have a desire to help Mother Earth, nature, animals and humans.
1. Sit or lie down and relax.
2. Breathe the whole way down to the stomach. (Inn with the nose and out with the mouth)
3. Move a little, or span all muscles to let go of old energies and imbalances.
4. Search now for the cleanest and purest light that you can get in touch with.
5. Let the Crown chakra find the connection and take in the light, and fill your heartchakra.
6. Fill yourself up with the pure pure light.
7. Open up your heartchakra and give out of this pure light to The earth, nature, animals and humans.
8. See that you got a little left of the pure light within you.
9. End the meditation as you like or you can thank the universe.
Give the pure light to those you love,
to countries that need a little extra understanding and help,
the Earth's soul and spirit, nature and animals.
Give out to everything that you see as important.
For Earth well.

New energy - Breath
Higher and higher
Every day is unique and every day presents new openings of the body, mind and spirit. Our Crownchakra has become a strong tool to connect to energies and bring in new knowledge and understanding.
You only have to think of something and the crownchakra will start to seek and takes in new information.
Earth need much energy at the moment, which we humans do help her with, both by day and at night.
Energies can be confused with a moment of chaos,but it is a system in the big picture. We can feel tired, but also suddenly feel a surplus of energy, seen from outside, it seems to only come suddenly.

There is so much that we have to tell you about your future, and over many years we have gradually released information to you. Even as little as 50 years ago, our revelations would have received scornful reviews and our presence doubted. Fortunately, you have since moved into the Space Age, and the subject has moved from science fiction to exciting possibilities. It is very much like our approach of allowing our craft to be seen, as it is only in recent times that we have been able to carry out regular multiple sightings without causing fear or apprehension. Also since Man has ventured into Space and found evidence on both your Moon and Mars of intelligent life, the idea of Extraterrestrials within your Solar System is undeniable.
There have been contacts that were carefully chosen, some like Betty and Barney Hill that really launched the subject for public scrutiny. Others appeared as random events that were of no great consequence, but kept the sightings and contacts in your minds. The crash at Roswell has received more attention and publicity than any other incident of this nature, and despite the attempted cover up has done more to promote the idea of visitations to Earth.
The plan for your enlightenment has been part of the bigger one for your Ascension, and over the years the emphasis has turned to preparing you for it. The Greys have been the “fly in the ointment” as their presence and actions have conveyed a false impression of the intent behind visitations to Earth. The Galactic Federation, along with the White Brotherhood and Elders, are the principle players in the process of preparing you not just for these final years to 2012, but beyond. However, whilst that is a key point at this time, you have also been informed of the changes that will come with the next phase of your ongoing evolution.
The great step for those ascending is to leave your present dimension, and no longer have to live their lives in some kind of dream world. Many times we and other teachers have told you that it is an illusion, and that it is a sad reflection of what it could be when free from the dark influences. It is perhaps only now that many are coming to realise that you are living in your own hell, but it is Man who has brought about such conditions. God provided all that you need to experience glory and live in complete happiness in the higher realms that are your real home. The Earth experiences do nevertheless leave you with some fond memories, as in the finding of love for each other you have overcome adversity. The physical aspects of your lives can be both exotic and painful, and it is this great difference in your experiences that makes Earth a wonderful school of learning.
Dear Ones, it is no wonder that Humans are looked upon with great admiration, as you have touched the depths of darkness and succeeded in overcoming them. Now so many have found their Light and truth, to set their sights on bringing upliftment into their lives. It was and still is the Divine Plan to help as many souls as possible to move back into the higher dimensions through Ascension. It has rightly been declared a wonderful success, as even with freedom of choice there is an appreciable number that have arisen to the challenge. Ascension at the end of this Solar Cycle, is a one-off opportunity that comes around for all of you after thousands of years in duality.
Regrettably we cannot announce the day that is the deadline for our open arrival on Earth. To do so would imperil you rather than us, as the dark Ones would strike out with all force to prevent it. We desire to have control of matters and have subdued them first before taking such action. You already get hints as to when that may be, and quite clearly it must have occurred in good time so as to have a peaceful run into the final days before Ascension.
We as many of you do now tend to look at the outcome rather than the means by which it is achieved. It does not really matter what path is taken, as long as it results in the completion of this cycle as decreed. The factor that determines it all is your freedom of choice, and the manner in which you respond to the changes. Some souls are so unaware that they may reject the opportunity to move out of your existing dimension. As much as you may place the benefits in front of them, there is a reluctance to move out of the reality they are used to.
You may wonder why changes are even contemplated when Ascension is looming ever nearer. It is mainly because your consciousness levels must be lifted up, and the higher energies are breaking down the lower ones so change is inevitable. It is also a fact that you are to quickly progress to the point of advancement which has been denied you by the dark Ones. This brings a smooth transition to the many changes that will take you forward to another advanced level that comes with Ascension. There is also Mother Earth to be considered, as like you there are levels she needs to attain for her own evolutionary upliftment. You are ascending together and will experience changes together, and if there are dramatic cleansing activities needed you will not suffer in consequence. There are a number of options open to us to protect you, so you need not have any fear as to the outcome. Naturally some souls will leave the Earth due to the changes, but any so doing will be acting out their end time as arranged in their life contract.

We would say listen with your heart, and let your guide be your intuition. However, as more facts are revealed be of an open mind so that you are not too rigid in your beliefs. Short Info / Thoughts: - With the current rise of energy and light coming to Earth, more and more souls will start to wake up. For some the experience can make them feel insecure, when they are elevated to levels that they do not know. This will pass and suddenly their consciousness will take them into new areas of understanding. The mindset that carried them through the past is no longer adequate and found to be limiting in its scope.
- The Light activates their coded DNA that lifts them to a higher level of consciousness, and they are able to comprehend what is taking place. Everyone has the opportunity to ascend, but the decision to do so must be made by you and your understanding of the process applied.

Have you been feeling tired lately?
As many know, we are in a constant change, we are not
the same person who we were an hour, 1 day, weeks, months,

Our body's cells and atoms changes their shape to bring in
a greater amounts of light and higher energies, which has a
small side effect, which can make us feel a little sloppy or
tired.
Our earth is also changing her structure and lay lines to
bring in more light and higher energies, which we can see
through the constant weather changes we have.
Everything are in growth towards something higher, exactly
what is not so good to say, but it is at least to something
good and higher.
Our mental abilities are also undergoing rapid development,
which open us more so that we can learn to communicate
telepathically. Not only in the form of thoughts, but
also in the form of reading energies and feelings.
Much of these abilities comes from our new chakra system that
is almost fully developed, with their new colors and energies.
To know everything that is happening at any time is not possible,
but different keys will be given now and then, by our guides,
extraterrestrials, light beings and angels. It is also very
exciting to follow all the new crop circles that comes now
and then. They contain some special keys that open us more
towards higher knowledge and understandings.
There are also several other dimensions on earth that are
now under a strong raising of their energies and frequencies.
Nature is one of those dimensions, which we can sense a lot of
changes in. If you use a lot of green clothes, you can actually
be able to sense these changes even stronger.

Dear Ones, you have lived in comparative isolation for thousands of years, and that has been purposefully arranged. You were also protected from outside interference or attempts to take over your world, or enslave you. That risk has always existed, and other galactic civilisations have eyed Earth as a great prize. Is it not therefore ironic that your greatest threats have come from within, but nevertheless influenced by dark forces that reside in your Universe. You have undoubtedly heard of Galactic wars and these are not fictional, and have caused great destruction in your solar system. It explains much that puzzles your astronomers and scientists that is particularly evident on Mars.
You may have read about Maldek that was destroyed, and remains only as rings of debris you call the Asteroid Belt. You may also have read that with the cleansing and restoration of Earth the other planets are being lifted up, and also Maldek is to be restored. Many of you were present on it when the wars took place, and subconsciously you still have deep emotional scares from your experiences of that time. Hitherto you have not really considered such possibilities, but with the revelations about your history as a civilisation you will learn of your involvement. You may begin to see a patterning in your experiences, and how you confront the same challenges time and time again.
Duality has been the seat of your experiences for eons of time, and Earth has taken in those souls who have struggled to lift up into the Light. They have come from far and wide, but mainly from your own solar system. It may seem strange to some of you that you would continue to battle against the dark, life after life. However, you must through your own efforts climb back up again. If you were “rescued” now it would serve no useful purpose, as you would still need to raise your consciousness to reach the higher dimensions once again. It is far better that you achieve your Ascension through your own experience, and are allowed to choose exactly how and when you do it. You do after all have all infinity in which to make your progress. As we often take pains to point out, you never travel alone even if you are unaware of your companions. At any given time you can call on your Guides or Angelic presence, and they will come close to you.
Perhaps you can understand why we ourselves are coming so near to you, as we participate in the plan to enable as many souls as possible to ascend. This really is such a wonderful opportunity for you to finally leave duality. It is why so much emphasis is put upon the wake up calls that have been consistently going out you. The energies surrounding you are part of the awakening process, although we know that not everyone will totally respond. Everywhere there is a stirring and people are beginning to break out of the lower vibrations. The new energies are refreshing and reviving your physical bodies, and creating a calmness about you that is your strength at this time. With it comes a better chance of you rising into the Light, and able to raise your consciousness to new heights.
If you have the Will to become an enlightened Being, press ahead with your vision of what that means to you. That way you will attract exactly what you need to succeed. The way in which it is achieved is not important, only that you see the end result in your minds eye. It will alter your approach and attitude to others, as you will appreciate that you are All One. You will find it easier to accept those differences that often keep people apart from one another. Life too will flow by as you go with it, and you will be better able to accept the challenges that come up on your path. Karma will also seem less of a threat to your wellbeing, as you will see the lessons within it and able to deal with them more easily. You will begin to create what you may call “good” Karma and become very peaceful within.
If the idea of changing your approach to life is somewhat daunting, consider setting aside those quiet periods when you can commune with your Guides, and Higher Self. Answers to your problems will come, but allow for them to manifest in the way that is best for you, and not necessarily as you would wish. Your Higher Self is aware of your life plan and what is needed, and therefore in the best position to serve you. The picture for your future has been outlined, and what you have been promised by us will come to fruition in time. As advanced that our ships and technologies are, there are still phases to our plan to uplift you and Mother Earth. However, once you can clearly see that our part in your evolution is under way, you will realise that events will take place quite speedily. The organisation and holding role we play is very intricate, and it is you Dear Ones who are the deciding factor. We are nevertheless very pleased with your response to our messages that travel worldwide. The prospect of our arrival no longer carries the fear levels it once held, and indeed so many of you are prepared to welcome us with open arms.

Dear Ones, you have lived in comparative isolation for thousands of years, and that has been purposefully arranged. You were also protected from outside interference or attempts to take over your world, or enslave you. That risk has always existed, and other galactic civilisations have eyed Earth as a great prize. Is it not therefore ironic that your greatest threats have come from within, but nevertheless influenced by dark forces that reside in your Universe. You have undoubtedly heard of Galactic wars and these are not fictional, and have caused great destruction in your solar system. It explains much that puzzles your astronomers and scientists that is particularly evident on Mars.
You may have read about Maldek that was destroyed, and remains only as rings of debris you call the Asteroid Belt. You may also have read that with the cleansing and restoration of Earth the other planets are being lifted up, and also Maldek is to be restored. Many of you were present on it when the wars took place, and subconsciously you still have deep emotional scares from your experiences of that time. Hitherto you have not really considered such possibilities, but with the revelations about your history as a civilisation you will learn of your involvement. You may begin to see a patterning in your experiences, and how you confront the same challenges time and time again.
Duality has been the seat of your experiences for eons of time, and Earth has taken in those souls who have struggled to lift up into the Light. They have come from far and wide, but mainly from your own solar system. It may seem strange to some of you that you would continue to battle against the dark, life after life. However, you must through your own efforts climb back up again. If you were “rescued” now it would serve no useful purpose, as you would still need to raise your consciousness to reach the higher dimensions once again. It is far better that you achieve your Ascension through your own experience, and are allowed to choose exactly how and when you do it. You do after all have all infinity in which to make your progress. As we often take pains to point out, you never travel alone even if you are unaware of your companions. At any given time you can call on your Guides or Angelic presence, and they will come close to you.
Perhaps you can understand why we ourselves are coming so near to you, as we participate in the plan to enable as many souls as possible to ascend. This really is such a wonderful opportunity for you to finally leave duality. It is why so much emphasis is put upon the wake up calls that have been consistently going out you. The energies surrounding you are part of the awakening process, although we know that not everyone will totally respond. Everywhere there is a stirring and people are beginning to break out of the lower vibrations. The new energies are refreshing and reviving your physical bodies, and creating a calmness about you that is your strength at this time. With it comes a better chance of you rising into the Light, and able to raise your consciousness to new heights.
If you have the Will to become an enlightened Being, press ahead with your vision of what that means to you. That way you will attract exactly what you need to succeed. The way in which it is achieved is not important, only that you see the end result in your minds eye. It will alter your approach and attitude to others, as you will appreciate that you are All One. You will find it easier to accept those differences that often keep people apart from one another. Life too will flow by as you go with it, and you will be better able to accept the challenges that come up on your path. Karma will also seem less of a threat to your wellbeing, as you will see the lessons within it and able to deal with them more easily. You will begin to create what you may call “good” Karma and become very peaceful within.

A few minutes can give us more than we think
Hello Dear Lightfriends
It is a new and fabulous energy on Earth, you can see or feel it especially when you're outside. If you haven't been looking for it or tried to feel it, you can try to close your eyes and breath in with you nose and down to your stomach, breath out peacefully while you feel your body and the energy that is you.
Open your eyes slowly and try to see a light blue color. The blue energy is a part of Earth and the universe and it stands for something higher.
By connecting to this blue energy you can now close your eyes again and visualize a new landscape. Let yourself walk around in this landscape and take a look around. It is a part of the new earth and what is coming. A new place in harmony that gives us a new possibility to grow.
Visualize a star that shines strong out in the universe. Let a ray from that star come down to your crown chakra and through your other chakraes, down to your heartchakra. Let the light fill up your heart. Now open your heart and give a ray of light to Earth and then a ray to the new earth. Keep some of this light for yourself and open your eyes.
You've now given yourself and Earth a new possibility to stretch higher.
Use a few minutes every day to just be in your own energy.
You'll then give yourself more energy and force.
And you'll bring more light to Earth.
